Clutch Socials is a Nashville-based creative agency specializing in social media strategy, content creation, and video production for artists, entertainers, and growing brands. We help our clients show up online with personality, consistency, and high-quality visuals — from daily content to music videos and larger campaigns.
We operate out of City Limit Studios, our in-house creative space where we film, edit, and produce everything under one roof. Our team is small, collaborative, and hands-on, and we pride ourselves on being organized, efficient, and easy to work with.
The Role
We’re hiring a Creative Assistant/Coordinator to support our growing team with content execution, organization, and day-to-day operations.
This role is perfect for someone who loves both structure and creativity — someone who enjoys checklists and calendars just as much as being on set helping bring ideas to life. You’ll help keep projects moving, content scheduled, and systems running smoothly while assisting on shoot days at the studio.
You’ll work closely with the founders and play an important role in keeping everything on track behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
Maintain content calendars and project timelines
Organize, upload, and manage photo/video assets
Format captions, tag collaborators, and execute posting workflows
Track basic analytics and compile reports
Assist on content and video shoot days (setup, BTS capture, light production help)
Coordinate approvals and deliverables
Keep Google Drive/Notion systems organized and up to date
Provide general creative and administrative support as needed
Qualifications
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using social media platforms professionally
Familiar with Google Drive and basic spreadsheets
Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Clear communicator and dependable team member
Self-starter who takes initiative and problem-solves
Nice to have:
Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Canva, etc.)
Photography or content creation experience
Interest in music, entertainment, or creative industries
Previous agency or production support experience
Details
$20–28/hour depending on experience
30–40 hours per week
Fully in-person at City Limit Studios (Hermitage/Nashville area)
Opportunity for growth into larger creative or strategy roles over time
